Our church had a wonderful time. THERESA, our driver, was so skilled in handling the bus and causing the trip to be without any anxiety going through mountainous terrain. She was very timely in meeting the itinerary and totally courteous at all time. We will request her for sure next time. Thank to all Sundance staff. You helped to make our experience a pleasant and memorable one.

I wanted to let you know that we were all so impressed with the service from start to finish. Joseph really was EXCELLENT. Every single leg was seamless. He was kind, professional and multiple people let me know they appreciated how safe they felt in his bus. Also, the bus was INCREDIBLY clean. All-in-all, I won't hesitate to book with Sundance next time I ever need bus service.

USS Wedderburn Reunion
Your company furnished the transportation for our reunion of the USS Wedderburn, DD 684, in San Diego October 17th to October 20th. I especially want to tell what an outstanding job your driver Dave Cole did. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He was on time and got us to our destination in a safe and timely manner. He was especially helpful to our group and it was a joy to listen to his comments about the various venues we visited.
Dave is a great asset and did a great job for our reunion and we wanted to express our appreciation for such outstanding service!

Recently we had the pleasure of having Theresa as the driver for our EWT group - Bronze. We would like to take this opportunity to pass along our sincere appreciation and admiration for the service she offered!
Nothing was too hard, too complicated or a challenge for Theresa. She took the time to work with the 4 group leaders with timings and directions. Her wealth of knowledge regarding the San Diego area was invaluable to enhance the experiences of the students and the teachers.
Her help with the planning of our "free day" could not be faulted. Theresa was able to suggest things worth visiting as well as the best way to do them to maximize the tour times we had.
All in all we were very happy to see she had been allocated to us on the Monday after we asked for her specifically!
We passed our thanks onto her ourselves, but it is not often that management get to hear of the positive actions their drivers are taking each and every day they are with customers!

A few years ago, I went up to the mountains with a large group of teenage girls for a 6-day camping trip. We filled 2 Sundance buses with campers and leaders from the East County who had lived through the Cedar fire only one year earlier. The trip up to our camping site went well. On the 5th day, however, a group of us were hiking and one of the girls noticed a plume of smoke on an adjoining mountain side. One of the guides ran back to camp to report the smoke. The rest of the day was spent watching helicopters dropping water on the site as the fire continued to grow. As it was nearing dusk, and the water drops had to stop, we decided to leave camp instead of waiting until the following day. We knew we would have a sleepless night, watching the fires on the mountainside so close. We called Sundance Stage Lines and asked for an early pickup. The buses were there by 9:00 pm and we were all home in San Diego by midnight. I don’t know what the wonderful people at Sundance had to do to get those buses up there at such short notice but it was greatly appreciated by everyone. The people at Sundance cared about our safety and peace of mind. Thanks Sundance Stage Lines. You are awesome!

I have worked with Sundance for about 15 years as a Professonal Tour Guide. Out of hundreds of programs from EARLY 4:00 AM Airport Departures to all Day Tours. I have never had to worry that the Coach would show up prior to Spot Time. It would be clean, the microphone would work. The drivers always took care of me and our guests. I would smile when I would see the Orange and White vehicle approaching knowing that we were a Team.
